A former Pittsburgh Steelers star and several times Super Bowl champion was found dead this week.
Sam Davis, a former Pittsburgh Steelers lineman, was reportedly found dead near his home Tuesday night in an adult housing complex.
An unfair game is not suspected, according to the police.

Davis has been a four-time Super Bowl champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Pittsburgh issued the following statement:
We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Sam Davis. Sam was a member of the Steelers teams who won four Super Bowls in the 1970s, including as a left-guard in Super Bowls XIII and XIV. A member of our 50th season team, he played 13 seasons and was loved and respected by his teammates, coaches and other Steelers personnel.
Our prayers go out to the entire Davis family during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Sam.
