The fourth Democratic primary debate to be held in October in Westerville, Ohio, will be co-hosted by The New York Times and CNN. According to the New York Times, the moderators will be CNN presenters Anderson Cooper and Erin Burnett and the Times national editor Marc Lacey.

The debate will take place on October 15, with the possibility of a second night of debate depending on the number of qualified candidates. So far, 11 candidates have qualified for the debate – the ten that appeared on the scene during the third debate Thursday, and billionaire Tom Steyer.

The qualification criteria for the October debate are the same as for the September debate: to achieve at least 2% of the votes in the four eligible ballots and to raise funds from 130,000 unique donors.

Congressmen Tulsi Gabbard and Marianne Williamson reached the threshold of donors but not the ballot box. The remaining candidates did not reach either one or the other.

Here are the candidates who have qualified up to now for the October debate:

  1. Former Vice President Joe Biden
  2. New Jersey Senator Cory Booker
  3. Pete Buttigieg, Mayor of South Bend, Indiana
  4. The former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Julián Castro
  5. California Senator Kamala Harris
  6. Amy Klobuchar, Senator from Minnesota
  7. Beto O 'Rourke, former Texas Congressman
  8. Bernie Sanders, Senator of Vermont
  9. Tom Steyer
  10. Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren
  11. Andrew Yang
