EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Eli Manning's run as a starting quarterback of the New York Giants appears to be over after nearly 15 years. Rookie Daniel Jones takes over, starting Sunday on the road against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the team said on Tuesday.
