Bengaluru | Indian Space Research Organization or ISRO, the Indian space agency that will be responsible for launching Chandrayaan-II who explores the moon.
However, two days before the estimated launch day, the government issued a notice informing all scientists and engineers of ISRO benefiting from incentives of their cessation of activity.
In an order issued on June 12, 2019, the central government declared that the amount of the promotional subsidy was abolished.
In 1996, the government introduced these incentives in the form of two additional increases to retain and attract scientists and engineers working with the organization.
The orders indicated that the provisions would be stopped as of July 1, 2019.
After this command, D, E, F and G scientists will no longer get this amount of stimulus.
According to reports, about 80 to 90% of employees will face a shortage of wages of about 8 to 10,000 rupees.
The decree issued by the central government is based on the recommendations of the Sixth Compensation Committee, the Ministry of Finance and the Expenditure Department. They advised the Department of Space to remove this amount.
Only the Relative Performance Incentive Program (PRIS) has yet been implemented.
The recruitment of any scientist at ISRO starts in class C. After that they are promoted to categories D, E, F, G and others.
