Coaches, Niantic officially announced that there would be another option to add a member of the elusive Lake Guardians to your Pokédex!
beginning May 2nd at 1 pm PDT, the legendary Trio Lake will become our new tier 5 regional raid boss! That's right, from today, Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf will be available during T5 raids, in specific regions.
HOWEVER, if you have an extraordinary chance, you can meet these extremely rare Legendary Pokémon in the wild in their different regions, even after the event!

Uxie
Uxie is a member of the Lake Guardians with Azelf and Mesprit, a legendary trio introduced in Generation 4 and featuring a PC Raid Boss from 35356. Uxie is a Psychic type, which means that it is weak Dark, Thumbtack, and Ghost types, while resisting fight and Psychic types. It is boosted by Windy time, and leads to capture CPs in the following ranges:
- 1370-1442 CP for a regular meeting of level 20
- 1712-1803 CP for a Windy boosted weather fix (level 25)
Uxie has a composition of statistics of 156 Attack, 270 Defense, and 181 Endurance leading to a Max CP of 2524. What this means is that, compared to a mid-road and an attack-focused Azelf, Uxie will be the the hardest from the group to go down. It seems he can not be duo, even with Fog boost weather and friendship bonus. Gengar would be the only current option in this regard, but the many groupings could hinder this effort. We suggest you take Uxie in groups of 4-8, for high level players, or 9-20, for lower level players.

Mesprit
The spirit is a Psychic type, which means that it is weak Dark, Thumbtack, and Ghost types, while resisting fight and Psychic types. He has a Raid Boss CP from 41887, boosted by Windy time, and leads to capture CPs in the following ranges:
- 1669-1747 PC for a regular meeting level 20
- 2086-2184 CP for a Windy boosted weather fix (level 25)
Mesprit has a composition of statistics of 212 attack, 212 defense, and 181 Endurance leading to a Max CP of 3058. This means that, compared to Azelf, focused on the attack, and Uxie, defense-oriented, Mesprit will be in the middle of the road and will not be as easy as Azelf but will be easier than Uxie. It can be duet, but it is a difficult task, which requires you to take advantage of improvements made by friends or weather conditions. If not, we suggest you take Mister in groups of 3-7, for high level players, or 8-20, for lower level players.

Azelf
Azelf has a Raid Boss PC from 44972 and is a Psychic type, which means that it is weak Dark, Thumbtack, and Ghost types, while resisting fight and Psychic types. It is boosted by Windy time, and leads to capture CPs in the following ranges:
- 1752-1834 PC for a regular meeting level 20
- 2190-2293 CP for a Windy boosted weather fix (level 25)
Azelf has a composition of statistics of 270 Attack, 151 Defense, and 181 Endurance leading to a Max CP of 3210. This means that, compared to the middle of the road, Mespirit and the defense-oriented Uxie, Azelf will be the easiest of the three to challenge and require the least amount of players. It can be duo quite easily, but otherwise, we suggest you take Azelf in groups of 3-6, for high level players, or 7-20, for lower level players.
