The revolution is here and, no, it won’t be televised, but you can stream it on Hulu starting April 28. The Handmaid’s Tale is coming back for its fourth season, and frankly, a dystopia that isn’t ours sounds good now. In the brand new teaser, June, defying the death of Elisabeth Moss, prepares to fight against the oppressive rulers of Gilead. “She’s out there planning who knows what kind of atrocities to visit on our righteous nation,” rages Ann Dowd’s Aunt Lydia. The fight for justice – and revenge – will not come without some loss. Critically acclaimed actors are returning, including Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Samira Wiley, Alexis Bledel, Max Minghella, Madeline Brewer, OT Fagbenle, Amanda Brugel, Bradley Whitford and Sam Jaeger. The series, based on Margaret Atwood’s novels, was renewed for a fifth season late last year, after season four production was delayed due to the coronavirus shutdown. Another season of successful uplifting needle drops – yes, it’s Billie Eilish in the teaser – is underway.
