Actress Lori Loughlin (LAWK -Lin) and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, are scheduled to appear in federal court in Boston next month in a corruption-related case of college admissions.

On Thursday, a judge agreed to postpone their initial appearance on April 3, accusing them of paying $ 500,000 in bribes for their daughters to go to the University of Southern California.

Their lawyer had asked the judge to postpone the hearing to April 15, claiming that the legal team was in conflict of hours when the couple was originally scheduled to appear in court on March 29.

Loughlin and Giannulli were among dozens of people arrested last week for allegedly involved in a national college admissions fraud scheme.

The third actress, Felicity Huffman, is scheduled to appear in Boston court on April 3rd.

Neither Loughlin nor Huffman commented on the allegations.
