Ted Williams, a homeless American man with a deep, refined voice, became an overnight sensation after being "discovered" by a local journalist on a street corner in Columbus, Ohio. The 53-year-old has been seen offering a job by Cleveland Cavaliers from the NBA and is being sued by NFL Films for a possible job. Williams said the team had offered him a two-year contract and said they would pay his living expenses. Williams was living in a tent recently and whose past includes a long list of arrests. He has served a prison sentence for theft and counterfeiting and has been cited for many crimes, including drug addiction. In New York, Julia, Williams' mother, was thrilled to see her only child transform her life.
