The A $ AP Rocky's Sweden case continues to unfold.

On Friday morning (12 July), rapper John Ehmann's longtime director had his hotel room searched after receiving a search warrant in Stockholm, according to Fox News.

Just before 8 am local time, Ehmann was awakened by four Swedish policemen who claimed to have a search warrant. During the search, the police seized the director's mobile phone and asked him for his identity code so that he could examine the contents.

Ehmann "was completely taken aback" by the raid and "had no idea what it was", according to a source. Some members of the Rocky camp believe that this could be a reprisal for the online petition #JusticeForRocky, which has collected more than 575,000 signatures.

Ehmann has been in Sweden since Rocky was arrested as a result of the street brawl, but he was far from the place where the incident occurred.

On Friday, the Swedish public prosecutor's office opened a preliminary investigation into the Swedes who harassed and attacked Rocky during the street fight in Stockholm. They are suspected of sexual assault and assault.

The rapper from Harlem should be detained until July 19 at the latest. At this point, the public prosecutor must decide whether to close the case or request a longer period of detention to finalize an investigation.
