The Jonas brothers explain why things were not "good" during the split

In a recent interview with Elvis Duran of Z100, the Jonas Brothers ended up talking about the atmosphere that followed their separation.

Nick explained, "When it's over, it's not good," adding:
It took a few years to rebuild our family and, in our minds, it seemed
impossible for us to do this ever again. "

The brothers finally reached a turning point

While they were repairing their relationship, the desire to return to a collaboration on organic music appeared when they began shooting a documentary about their lives about a year ago.

The time together was kind of therapeutic, Nick explained, "We spent a lot of time filming again, and then I think we realized there was a magic we were missing. I kind of restarted the conversation and after a few more conversations, they came back … "

He added, "Fortunately, the filming of this documentary has resulted in good healings. Nearly a year later, we are now at the best place familywhich is the most important thing. From there, this music and this new chapter have just been incredible. "

Documentary was part of the healing process

Interestingly, this time spent together helped them in the healing process. Joe noted, "We had to work and understand what we were going through when we were young." and our relationship as brothers – it just happened in his day. "

Kevin called documentary shooting a type of therapy,
sharing, "[It] was great because we had to have real conversations and not hold
