The former judge who had sentenced swimmer Stanford Brock Turner to a lenient sentence after being convicted of sexual assault was fired from his job as a coach of a team of high school women's tennis.
Aaron Persky was sacked Wednesday as tennis coach of the junior high school team at Lynbrook High School in San Jose.
