No team officially entered the NCAA tournament on Wednesday. But at least one could have unofficially played his way.
Xavier’s overtime loss to Butler in the first round of the Big East tournament likely shattered the Musketeers bubble. We had them as one of the last four teams before we suffered that loss in Quad 3, and right now they’re out of our scope. Xavier’s loss opened the door for Syracuse to enter the top four. The Oranges face Virginia on Thursday with a chance to gain some security.
