BioWare has launched a new update for Anthem, patch 1.1.0, which introduces both the changes and the balancing features. Update 1.1.0 also gives Anthem a new bastion to complete, called The Sunken Cell, which will only be available after defeating the main campaign. Patch 1.1.0 allows you to select contracts from the start of a shipment, as opposed to selecting contracts in the corresponding Fort Tarsis tables. Several general changes have also been made to Anthem. A new cortex entry has been added to the game. It explains exactly how the combo, detonator, and primer abilities work. Three new Masterwork components have also been added to the game: an extended sniper rifle magazine, fast point-to-point ammunition for machine guns and auto-cartridges, and special weapon magazines for large guns and spear guns. -grenades.

The remaining changes are bug fixes and minor changes.   • Players who start combo targets will now see the "Combo" text when another player detonates it.
