(Reuters) – The founder of Citron Research, Andrew Left, is no longer on Tesla Inc., he said in a statement sent Thursday by email.

The left is disappointed with how the company communicates with shareholders and Tesla's CEO, Elon Musk, has too much to do, he said.

"I do not think the company is insolvent, even though I think it needs to raise money," Left said, adding that the time would be better to buy the shares.

In October, Citron Research, short seller, longtime critic of Tesla, said that her decision had changed and that she was betting that the title of the electric car producer would increase and return to $ 320.
