It's the trailer that they were looking for.

Sci-fi fans at the annual "Star Wars" celebration convention were invited on Sunday to an exclusive preview of "The Mandalorian", the first live television series of the beloved franchise, according to reports.

The trailer for the show, meant to be an anchor point for the Disney + streaming service when it was launched in November, was omitted from the live stream of the event, but was screened for a raging internal crowd at McCormick Place in Chicago, according to Deadline.

The crowd that was already marveling at the Friday release of the ninth episode of the flagship franchise "Star Wars: The Skywalker Rise" was composed of the writer and executive producer of the series, Jon Favreau, and several members casting.

"The fantastic accomplishment is that," said Pedro Pascal, who will play the native Mandalore, home of the famous father-son bounty hunters, Boba and Jango Fett.

The veterinarians of "Game of Thrones" and "Narcos" mostly talked about his character, who revealed that he wore armor similar to that of mercenaries.

"The Mandalorian is a mysterious lonely fighter on the edge of the galaxy," said Pascal, according to Deadline. "Some would say that he has a low moral character … he's tough to cook."

In the clip, the Mandalorian and another character, Reef Carga (Carl Weathers), discuss work in a cantina, according to CNET.

We also see the Mandalorian meet a group of Stormtroopers who have clearly bitten more than they can chew.

"We have four against one," said a Stormtrooper at the Mandalorian, according to CNET.

"I like those chances," the character replies coldly.

The Mandalorian, which also includes Gina Carano, Nick Nolte, Giancarlo Esposito and Werner Herzog, is due out on 12 November.
