Aaron Rodgers can count on a new coaching staff for next season with the Green Bay Packers, but do not expect the offensive to change too much under the new regime.
According to PackersNews.com, offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett said Monday that the new coaching staff was not trying to completely destroy the type of game book in which Rodgers had flourished throughout his run in Green Bay.
"You do not necessarily want to treat this as a start, because it has done so many great things," said Hackett. "I think it's about working together, building relationships and understanding that it's not about me, it's not about head coach Matt (LaFleur), nor about about Aaron. These are the Packers of Green Bay. It's the best thing for the whole organization and the offense, and I think it's just creating that relationship with him. "
Hackett joined the Matt LaFleur team with the Packers this season after being fired by the Jacksonville Jaguars in late November.
