It is likely that Nike can solve this problem in a short time. Nevertheless, this illustrates a growing problem with the rise of connected devices: you may have technical problems with shoes and other products that you would not have thought twice before. The self-lacing connected shoes can be beautiful when they work, but especially frustrating when they do not work.
