When Cody Barlow missed the Pride Parade in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the closest holiday to his rural town of Oklahoma, he found another way to become an ally of the LGBTQ. Using tape and letters from the mailbox, he decorated the hatchback of his 1991 Chevrolet Silverado with a rainbow pride flag and message: "All the boys in the countryside are not bigots … The month of pride is happy."
