Whenever a company launches a flagship product with useful software additions, users begin to wonder if they could join the previous generation that they already have in their hands. For OnePlus 7 Pro, we recently learned that the screen recorder and Zen mode would return to older models, but there is no need to wait for the first one to work. A 7 Pro Screen Recorder APK has been loaded on APK Mirror and works fine on 6T and older devices eventually.
After installing the application on your phone, you will not find it in the drawer. You need to open the quick settings options and search Screen recorder. Drag it to your existing tiles, and here's how you can enable the feature.
Launch it, approve the permissions and you will get a floating menu on the screen with three buttons: recording, settings and output. This does not show up in any screen capture, but you can see it in the image at the top of the article.
The settings allow you to choose the resolution, bit rate and orientation of the video, whether an audio file is also recorded or not, as well as allowing touch markers to indicate where you interact with the video. 39; screen and pause the recording when the screen is off. .
The feature works great on my 6T. I can press the floating button to start recording, do whatever I want, control it over there or from notification, pause and resume, and then watch the resulting video or delete it immediately. If you do not want to wait for OnePlus to turn on the feature on your device (which probably requires new firmware), you can download Screen Recorder from APK Mirror and try it out. We have not checked on all older models yet, but chances are it will work with the 6, 5T and 5 models, as promised by the OnePlus team. While you are there, you may want to try the new Gallery and the new camera as well. I tested them on my 6T and they made some interesting additions.
