The Overwatch Archives event begins on April 16

In a series of teasers, Blizzard goes to his next Overwatch event, Storm Rising, which will run from April 16 to May 6, 2019. There was first an article in the universe about Don Rumbotico that seemed to suggest a place: Havana, Cuba. Now there is this audio clip, in which a character named Sojourn informs Commander Morrison (Soldier: 76) of information intended to help put an end to Doomfist.

The previous Overwatch archive gave us a better overview of the larger universe of the game apart from our typical struggles for checkpoints and payloads. The first mission was about an uprising, while the second had players working together as a Blackwatch to fight Talon's forces.

These PvE missions in cooperation are always a good respite from the usual daily game. Overwatchand certainly, something like this will take me out of my current hiatus.

Sojourn, who knows? Blizzard does not lack names to exploit for his next playable hero.
