A young Miami Dolphins player lost his left arm after a car crash in Miami on July 4th. The police now blame him for his accident. Citing an accident file of the Florida Highway Patrol seen by ESPN, United States today reports that 22-year-old defensive tackle Kendrick Norton received a quote for wrongly changing lanes.
