The poster of the "Avengers" republished as a result of a reaction from Danai Gurira

"She should have been there all this time," tweeted the studio with a revised poster photo. "Check out Marvel Studios' #AvengersEndgame official poster. @DanaiGurira #WakandaForever."

The actress is far from unknown.

Not only did she play the role of Okoye in "Black Panther", but Gurira is also a Tony-nominated playwright for "Eclipsed".

She was one of 13 cast members featured on the poster of the new movie "Avengers" – and the only black woman.

But while the other 12 members of the cast of the film had their names at the top of the poster, Gurira was not listed.

People on social media quickly noticed and complained.

"Redo the poster bearing the name of Danai Gurira," Thursday asked a person in a tweet.

The studio clearly heard and obeyed.

Wakanda forever, indeed.
