The TV series kicks off its 15th and final season this fall, and The CW has released a promotional poster that seems to indicate the future of the Winchester brothers, demon hunters.

The poster was tweeted this week by the official Twitter account "Supernatural", with the message "One last ride" – a tribute to one of the beloved characters in the series, "Baby", a 1967 Chevrolet Impala.

"As it is written, it will end," reads the poster. It features images of the stars of the series – Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins and Alexander Calvert – against a background of fire, angel wings, a symbol of anti-demon possession and a staircase that seems to lead to paradise.

The poster is a nod to the cliff of season 14.

If you're not aware, "Supernatural" follows the path of the brothers Winchester Sam (played by Padalecki) and Dean (played by Ackles) while fighting monsters, angels and, sometimes, in the goal of saving the world. Along the way, they became friends with an angel, Castiel (Collins) and, more recently, a Nephilim, the offspring of Lucifer and a human (Calvert).

In the season 14 finale, Chuck – whom we learn that he is the creator of everything – snapped his fingers and released demons from hell, leaving Sam, Dean and Castiel to fight the monsters .

Chuck Separation Line:

"The story is over, welcome to the end."

Social media has already begun to speculate on the symbolism of the poster and what it says about the last season: Will Sam and Dean Winchester die? Will they climb a staircase to heaven? Will baby be destroyed?

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Padalecki said the actors did not know how the series would end.

"I think that, to some extent, the group will be satisfied with no end.We will not do it either, to some extent.I do not think that any of us want to see this show go. "

But the CW gave a clue to the fans with the poster. And it seems that the Winchesters are going to be in a bitter fight until the end.

The stars of the series also use the attention around the finale of the series to help victims of Hurricane Dorian.

Ackles, Padalecki and Collins also teamed up with Hot Topic to create a limited edition "End of the Road" t-shirt to help rescue victims of Hurricane Dorian.

Collins announced on Twitter on Saturday that 100% of proceeds from the sale of the t-shirt would go to its charity, Random Acts, on Sunday to help the victims of the hurricane.
