The Rangers storm the Devils to counter the game of six games

Vladislav Namestnikov broke the tie in the third period and the New York Rangers defeated the New Jersey Devils 4-2 on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden to stop a six-game series.

Ryan Strome scored two goals and one assist and Libor Hajek scored his first NHL goal for the Rangers, who had not won since defeating the Devils on Feb. 23. Namestnikov also had two helpers and Henrik Lundqvist made 22 saves.

Damon Severson, Blake Coleman scored the first period goals for New Jersey, who lost six in a row. Cory Schneider made 37 saves.
