The Russo brothers demystify Avengers: Easter egg in the final stages

Directors Joe and Anthony Russo have revealed just about everything about Avengers: Endgame, which is now available at home. Where do they come from?

In a video interview with Wired magazine, the brothers asked viewers to look for a familiar face for some comic readers.

They claimed that Richard Rider, a member of the Nova Corps intergalactic police force, was showing up in this huge final battle between Marvel's heroes and the crew of Thanos.

"You'll see Richard Rider in the background," says Joe Russo. "Easter eggs."

But in reality, he does not do it. In a later interview with ComicBook, Joe Russo said that Richard Rider's complaint was published in Avengers: Endgame was a "joke on our part".

So, Rider does not appear in the movie after all. Shame.

The Russo also address other issues related to cinema, some of which they have already discussed. People who have been broken up and brought back do not get old during the lost time, which is why Peter Parker is still in high school (although probably a group of his classmates have graduated).

And the brothers said "pass" to a major question that many viewers might ask: "Why did you kill Tony Stark?" Come on, fans, it's time to move on.

This is not the only Avengers Easter egg: Endgame to have been tackled. Earlier this month, fans said they spotted Spider-Gwen in Avengers: Endgame, or at least a nod to her, in the scene where Peter and Ned meet at school.
