Investors clearly find that the US stock market is an attractive haven in a world of extremely low (or negative) interest rates.
The S & P 500 index

reached an all-time high on July 10, exceeding 3,000 for the first time, before closing at 2,993.07, its second-highest close. The Dow Jones Industrial Average
DJIA, + 0.74%
and the Nasdaq composite index
COMP + 0.19%
also reached intraday highs all the time that same day.
More than 10% of the components of the S & P 500 did the same.
With negative global bonds totaling more than $ 13 trillion, it is not surprising to see money continue to flow into the US securities markets. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is relentlessly talking about dovish, fueling the Fed's March shift and language mitigation in the latest Federal Open Market Committee statement.
The yield on 10-year US Treasury bills

fell to 2.07% from 5.22% at the end of May and 2.69% at the end of 2018.
