In his last Galaxy S21 Series teaser, Samsung shows us how the range has evolved over the years. The new phones are expected to borrow the best feature from the Note series, the S Pen, and sadly the worst feature from the Vanilla Note 20. The Galaxy Note 20 comes with it. non-expandable storage and by Roland Quandt leaker, the Galaxy S21 may not offer a microSD card either.

This applies to all three models, not just the standard variant.

This has also been rumored before and suggests that Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus buyers will be stuck with 256 GB of storage, and Galaxy S21 Ultra owners will not be able to exceed 512 GB of internal memory.

Verizon’s Galaxy S20 5G UW from last year also doesn’t allow storage expansion, and the 2015 Galaxy S6 and Note 5 also don’t come with a microSD slot.

This is not all bad news, however. We’ve heard that the Galaxy S21 series will be sold without a charger, but Quandt says some regions might get one. We don’t know the reason for this alleged strategy, but there may be markets that require Samsung to include accessories with its phones.

Apple now sells its iPhones without charging bricks or headphones, but a some markets asked him to group these accessories.

Galaxy S21 is coming soon

Almost everything is already known about the Galaxy S21 series. The phones will likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 in the US and the Exynos 2100 not announced elsewhere.

The top-of-the-line model is expected to feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz variable LTPO refresh rate technology, a 108MP main sensor, and a 5,000mAh cell with support for wireless charging. 45W wire and wired fast charging.

The phones will likely be unveiled on January 14.
