EDF saves the day!
Microsoft announced the line-up of May 2019 for its selection "Games With Gold" and it's everywhere. I understand that every month can not be a banger, but it's an unusually weird collection of games. Each game is of a different kind and their release dates extend over a decade. I can not even detect a common theme between these titles, other than being less known games.
Earth Defense Force: Armageddon Insect is the clear winner here but Comic Jumper is supposed to be very good. I do not know what Chestnut candies is but 2019 Golf Club not worth your time. Although the game is in a better place than when I saw it last year, it still has not solved the problems inherent in its design. Hitting the ball with any type of accuracy is a trap and the lack of progression really limits the appeal of his "career" mode.
Nevertheless, I guess there is some fun to have here. It's just a big step back from previous months.
