The Sims 4 Island Living extension announced to EA Play

A new extension for The Sims 4 called Island life Electronic Arts and Maxis has just been announced at EA Play 2019 on Saturday. Island life The Sims can relax on the relaxed island of Sulani, where they can participate in activities such as swimming, sunbathing and dolphin and mermaid outings.

The Sims will enjoy family-friendly beach activities such as shell collecting, running on aqua-zips (version of the jet-ski or Sea-Doo game) and building sandcastles. Players can also enjoy new career options, including those of environmental advocate and lifeguard. With respect to environmental protection work, EA stated that "the more the Sims clean and take care of their surroundings, the more they become lush and explosive."

Additional activities like learning Sulani local folklore, tasting local dishes and disguising new tropical-themed outfits.

The Sims 4 island life arrives on Mac and Windows PC on June 21st, and on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on July 16th.

EA has also partnered with It Gets Better, a non-profit organization focused on LGBTQ + youth. As part of this partnership, and on the occasion of the month of pride, new thematic pride clothes The Sims 4 on PC, The FreePlay Sims, and The Sims Mobilejust like a gender-neutral bathroom door for The Sims 4. This content will come to the console versions of The Sims 4 in July.
