The Turkish football team
Turkey officially demonstrated this morning against the allegedly rude treatment that its national football team had suffered against Iceland's biggest airport, after arriving for a qualifying match for the European Championship.
According to TVNZ, the Turkish team complained of yesterday's delay at Keflavik airport, as the authorities proceeded with a slow search of baggage.
Frustration increased once security was handled by an unidentified man who handed Captain Emre Belezoglu a cleaning brush while the Turkish player was talking to reporters.
A video sequence shows the brush popping up to Belezoglu's face as if it were a microphone.

The Turkish media has described the treatment of the team as "disrespectful" and "racist".
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iceland confirmed that a formal protest had been filed.
