Well, Fortnite the leaks of season 8 were inevitable, it was only the platform of the culprit. Would it be PlayStation? Or Apple's App Store like in season 7? Maybe Epic would drop social media too early?
No, it's the Xbox, which has been responsible for some leaks like this in the past, and tonight they leaked what appears to be three Fortnite the skins of the season 8 of the battle go on to judge by dozens of screenshots taken by the players from a very brief window in which the image appeared in the Xbox store.
We wondered whether they were legitimate for a little while, but I've seen tons of different captures so far, too much to be a fake coordinate, and you can just watch them. I can eat my words in about 10 hours, but for me, they seem legitimate.
There are three skins described here, a red ninja of the Snake-Eyes type. A black woman adorned with gold. And a guy with a golden cat mask, echoing the teaser we saw yesterday in the season 8 preview.

The last time we saw such a leak, the level 100 skin was in the foreground (Ice King) and the level 1 skin was left (Lynx). This time, my money is on the level 1 woman and the cat man, the 100 tier, obviously with unlockable styles to come, as is now the norm. However, we have not yet seen a female 100 rank skin, so maybe it is, and its final form is … much more complicated than what we see here.
Epic gave a series of allusions to the fact that this season will feature a pirate theme in a way, though none of them look like me. May be the woman with her tattoos and gold jewelry, but certainly a modern approach to the concept, if any.
My first thought was that these look like rejected Tekken fighters, and I'm not Great in love with them from the start. But I want to see their unlockable styles before making this decision, Lynx was naughty until she became a catwoman after getting enough unlocked. I am curious to see what it could become.
There are usually six skins in the combat pass, so it's only half of them. I'm pretty sure we're seeing levels 1 and 100 here, because it's almost always the way these images work, but I guess I could be wrong and at least one of them is missing. Again, we'll know in a few hours and you may not even read this message until the new update is posted.
