The Smollett case was filed several weeks before being filed: report

The investigation into the act of actor Jussie Smollett that he was allegedly attacked by two men in Chicago who allegedly shouted racist and pro-Trump messages to him was closed several weeks before the Police say no charges will be laid, according to documents.
