GREEN BAY, Wisconsin – The Packers could return early with a possible appearance of Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers in "Game of Thrones".

While HBO has neither confirmed nor denied the presence of the quarterback, many reports on Twitter seem to suggest a visit to Westeros since No. 12.

Packers reporter Aaron Nagler tweeted Wednesday that Rodgers would be in the next episode of the series.

Rodgers himself alluded to a possible appearance of the series several times on Twitter.

Just two weeks ago, he tweeted that episode 5 should be good. Episode 5 airs at 8 pm Sunday on HBO.

In another tweet, he shared a photo of him sitting on the iron throne in preview of the beginning of the last season.

Rodgers recently said in an interview with "Dan Patrick Show" that he wanted to die on "Game of Thrones".

"I really want to be killed or be in one of the hottest scenes, that's for sure," Rodgers said.

In the interview, Rodgers did not want to confirm or deny that he had been approached to participate in the series. He also stated that he would be willing to do partial nudity but that he did not want to be naked.

There is no way to know for sure whether Rodgers will make an appearance in the popular HBO show. Stay with Channel 3000 for updates on this developing story.
