A billboard placed at the top of the Thomson Reuters building burned in Times Square on Saturday afternoon, video shows.
Video posted on the Citizen app A Twitter account shows smoke escaping from the reporter's electronic billboard, which caught fire shortly after 3 pm. near the corner of West 43rd Street and Seventh Avenue, an FDNY spokesman said.
The fire was contained in less than an hour. No one was injured and the flames did not spread to adjacent buildings.
