The touching hubbub of Joe Biden has nothing to do with "believing all women".

WAlthough many left-right and right-wing personalities defended the former vice president and, save some, the hope of 2020, Joe Biden, a certain strain of conservatives did a little trickery of the victory recently.

In the Wall Street Journal, Ashe Schow writes that he "is harvesting the #MeToo whirlwind," lamenting Biden's role in the Obama administration's downgrading of evidence standards in Title IX cases on campuses. Emily Yoffe writes to Politico Magazine that he "currently lives in the world of the accusation that he helped to create".

Although Schow and Yoffe are right in saying that the letter from Obama, dear colleague, has finally resulted in chaos on campus rather than justice, Biden's question is not about know if he did what he is accused of; it's only if it counts.

All "accusations", if you can even call them that, took place in the open air during photo shoots and campaign events. Biden is not accused of behavior that seems to target sexual gratification, but rather a dull tonal invasion of personal space. Does anyone really believe that Lucy Flores claims that he kissed the back of his head? There is only half a step to sniffing hair, a habit that Biden has publicly adopted for decades without any qualms from our suddenly alarmed media.

The real interesting question of Biden's hubbub is who the blame is: the powerful politician who has been publicly enticing with women for years or her enablers in the Beltway who have refused to claim it?

Former President Barack Obama would like to give up the fight by reserving a Biden defense even as Republicans have spoken out to support him. But frankly, it seems that no one would have been more responsible for accepting Biden's behavior than his former boss.
