The Toyota Supra Configurator has few refreshing options

The Toyota Supra 2020 Configurator is in place! What was a slow Monday of summer is now a dream landscape filled with JDM. How are you going to build yours? How much can be expensive? Let's find out.

Personally, I see no reason to opt for the Launch Edition because it's for fans and idealists. In addition, it is only available in black, white and red. Boring. I like the heated seats, so this is the Premium version for me. In Nitro Yellow for $ 395, please. Because why not

And with a standard black leather interior on all three trims (including the base), I'll have to bring a towel with me to sit if I leave it too long in the sun. We are all aware of the anxiety of the skin that strikes a black leather seat in summer.

And I like the appearance of carbon fiber mirror plugs. It's a small detail, but I think they change the direct attitude of a car. They are $ 925, which is a lot. Maybe if I restrain myself for the moment, I will be able to have those of the secondary market for a lot less. It's not like we're aiming for real weight savings here.

The rest of Supra's options are pretty thin, which is certainly nice. There is only one engine option. The rest therefore concerns cargo mats, first aid kits and paint protection films.

I think that's how you should be able to customize a sports car. I mean, I'd love a manual transmission here, but we can not win them all. What we get is a sports car that does not overwhelm you with options, because you're supposed to drive it and not live in extreme luxury.

My Pikachu-Supra came out at a total of $ 56,240. With the paint and the black details and the red brake calipers, it's basically the same thing. It's a bit expensive for a Toyota with very few options, but it's also the supra. There was necessarily a premium to pay here.

My runner-up color is the blue downshift, but I've had a yellow car kick lately. What are your supras like?
