Twitch Turner's popular "Tfue" Tenney streamer seems to have used a racial insult while streaming Minecraft earlier this week. Twitch has not yet taken any action, but if it did, it would be Tfue's third violation of Twitch's policies, resulting in a permanent ban on service.
