With CD Projekt Red responsible for the very popular The witcher series and those behind the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077, Fans wondered if we could expect crossovers, especially regarding Ciri. Although developers do not give some fans what they want, it has not stopped many creative people from taking things in their own hands. On such a fan has offered others a look at their own work of art that places The witcher Geralt of Rivia directly on the night-flooded streets of Night City Cyberpunk 2077.
Spotted by the user of Reddit "Kazuliski", the Cyberpunk 2077 The Geralt version was created by an artist who goes by "Kazaki360" on Instagram. As we can see, the Witcher is heating himself up a bit, but he seems to be at home in Night City. Go ahead and look for yourself in the Instagram post below.
It's certainly an impressive piece and, looking at the rest of their work, I can only hope that the trend will continue. This is especially true in the future of Projekt Red's futuristic RPG. Talking about that, Cyberpunk 2020 Creator Mike Pondsmith recently confirmed that the incoming video game shared the same calendar as the table RPG from years ago. You can find out more about this here.
Cyberpunk 2077 is currently no release date, but is in development for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. To learn more about the upcoming title, check out some of our previous covers.
What do you think about this? Do you like to see this kind of fan art? How long do you think it will take anyone to create a Geralt mod after the release of Cyberpunk 2077? Are we potentially watching a mod of the first day? Ring in the comments section below or feel free to contact me on Twitter @ anarkE7!
