Dale Moss is in the defense following a scathing post on social media from his ex-fiancée, former “Bachelorette” Clare Crawley, as well as allegations of cheating.

In a video message released Monday, the former NFL player said, “There is no one to blame” for the split.

In a series of Instagram stories, Moss – who got engaged to Crawley, 39, last year following a whirlwind relationship in season 16 of “The Bachelorette” – said the last two weeks surrounding the breakup had “feared”.

“Building a relationship, in general, is difficult, especially when you’re doing it in the public eye, and the media will take things and work with them,” said Moss, 32. “People will spread lies or always want to point fingers, but the point is, there is no one to blame in this situation.

Moss added in a new video that he and Crawley have been through ‘ups and downs’, and that he ‘wanted nothing more than to make this relationship work’.

In recent days, Moss has been at the center of allegations of cheating. Eleonora Srugo, whose name was beloved by Moss, vehemently denied that the two had ever been involved in a romantic relationship.

Last Tuesday, Moss confirmed that he and Crawley had gone their separate ways, posting on Instagram: “We appreciate the love and support we’ve received from so many people, but it’s the healthier decision for both of us in this moment.

But Crawley later stated that she “had been made aware of a ‘mutual’ statement at the same time as you all were, so I need time to really digest this.

“For my part, my intentions regarding this relationship have always been very clear, so the truth is, I’m crushed,” she wrote.
