There is still hope if you, a model, have not chosen the providential ring in the souls of the demon

Did you start on Souls of the demon remake without choosing the new providential ring as a departure gift? Well first of all you really should have read my beginner’s advice! Lucky for you, the Souls The community has discovered a way to hang this useful gem later in the game. It will take a lot more work than just making a menu selection.

The Providential Ring is one of the best additions to Souls of the demon on PlayStation 5. The boost it provides to item discovery makes it easier to collect Healing Grass from enemies early in the game, and unlike many other starting gifts, it lasts forever. After almost three weeks of exploring the remake, however, players were convinced that the Ring was impossible to obtain during the rest of the game if you didn’t pick it up during character creation.

Sparkly the Crow, an NPC who will exchange various items with the player in the first stage of the Shrine of Storms, presents a providential ring in exchange for a large research sword. This particular blade is crafted by combining various weapons (upgraded to +8, of course) with the Hero Demon Soul, which is obtained after defeating the Old Hero boss in the second stage of the Shrine of Storms..

The trial and error discussion on Reddit has revealed even more layers to this mystery. Sparkly won’t take any old Research Greatsword, it seems. No, you need to be sure to craft the Research Greatsword from a Scimitar, one of the nine possible base weapons that can be used in its creation. It just wouldn’t be a Souls game without a bunch of convoluted nonsense, would now.

This also has advantages other than those inherent in the angel ring. Souls of the demon Achievement Hunters who did not take the Ring at the start of the PlayStation 5 game can now complete the “Get All Rings” requirement for the “King of the Rings” Trophy without having to create a brand new character.

Sparkly unfortunately remained silent for many players after exchanging the Angel Ring Search Greatsword, indicating that all of her trades have been discovered. I was hoping Deluxe Edition exclusives like the Reaper Scythe and Ritual Blade would end up being found similarly, but it looks like these weapons will stay locked behind a paywall for now.
