Just over halfway through the 2020 college football season, the Alabama Crimson Tide is right about what everyone expects of them on an annual basis. At 6-0, Alabama is ranked No. 1 in the country.
The Crimson Tide was off this week ahead of next week’s showdown with bitter rival LSU.
The first six weeks were spent on the Alabama offensive. The Crimson Tide ranks No.3 in offensive scoring – averaging 47 points per game, while also ranking No.3 in total offense.
One of the main reasons for Alabama’s success in 2020 is quarterback Mac Jones. In fact, the junior quarterback has become the favorite for the Heisman Trophy, according to BetMGM.
Unfortunately, star receiver Jaylen Waddle was injured two weeks ago in the win over Tennessee, making life a little more difficult for Jones and the Tide.
So what are some areas that Crimson Tide can improve upon coming out of their week off?
