A few days ago, photos of a dummy Galaxy S22 toured the internet. It showed off a design that didn’t stand out from the Galaxy S21, and that’s because Samsung isn’t expected to change the excellent design of the S21 series for the Galaxy S22 and S22 +.

Only the Galaxy S21 Ultra is rumored to benefit from a visual refresh, at least on the back. The S22 Ultra might have a new P-shaped camera body that doesn’t extend into the metal frame like on the S21 Ultra (and the other two S21 models), and that possibility is supported by pictures. and videos of a Galaxy S22 Ultra Dummy Unit posted by the folks at CoverPigtou.

However, S Pen fans might be more interested in that this particular dummy unit doesn’t have a stylus cutout at the bottom. But that doesn’t mean the S22 Ultra won’t have a built-in S Pen slot, as dummy units aren’t always an exact replica of the end product. Given Samsung’s desire to break the exclusivity of the S Pen’s Note this year, the S22 Ultra will most likely be able to hold the S Pen inside instead of needing a bulky case to carry it around.

However, as the Galaxy S22 series has yet to be made official, it is all speculation and hearsay until the inevitable harsh leaks start to occur as its launch nears.
