For two years, fans have wondered what pleasure Star wars hotel would be like. In fact, it is not a hotel at all.

Earlier this week, we reported that this immersive experience will be called Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. And on Sunday, in the D23 Expo Disney Parks panel, we learned a lot more about how the whole thing works. Yes, you sleep there, but it's a two-day vacation on a vacation that takes people far into space, while never leaving Orlando, Florida.

First of all, the experience is two days and two nights. That's all. Like a cruise ship, everyone embarks at the same time and everyone leaves at the same time. In this case, you arrive at a special terminal in Orlando to check in. From there, you access a "launch module" that propels you into space. This is where you meet the halcyon, the ship on which you will go in the next two days, as you travel in space.

Now, when I talk about "launching" and "traveling in space", it's obviously an illusion. Disney did not explain how they would get there, but probably a lot of screens and different animations to make you feel as if you were in a real space.

Once you are on the boat, your adventure experience depends on you. You can relax and watch the stars fly like the halcyon travel in space. Or you can participate in all kinds of activities to learn to be a hero. You can use a lightsaber, help you pilot the ship or learn about the ship's defenses so that if the First Order passes, you can help. (They will pass.)

Each room has a view of the space.

The crew will be composed of "extraterrestrials", each window overlooking the space (including that of your cabin), and new and old characters (they showed to Chewie, Rey and Kylo ) will be part of the experiment. A unique experience: Batuu and the outpost of Black Spire, aka Star Wars Galaxy's Edge.

There was also a match that, the more you explore the ship, the more stories you can find in the lower decks and things of that nature. So, the more you interact and explore, the more opportunities you have to live new experiences.

Now, how much will it cost and when will it be open? Officially, all that was said was "Start booking soon." However, price rumors have been everywhere on the internet, with an average of a few thousand dollars per room for the event. What makes sense. You have to consider the prices like a cruise ship. A Disney. Theme Star wars.
