As you can see from the photo in the post, this won’t be the first time Trevor Lawrence and Joe Burrow have met. The last two times these two met was on January 13, 2020, in the National Championship game when the LSU Tigers defeated Clemson 42-25.
Tonight, the Cincinnati Bengals host the Jacksonville Jaguars and are 7.5-point favorites, with a total of 46.5 points. I think this match will be very memorable. Burrow has his varsity teammate to throw at Ja’Marr Chase, who is off to a strong start with 11 receptions for 220 yards and four touchdowns.
Jacksonville traded CJ Henderson for a third-round pick to the Carolina Panthers. This means that Tyson Campbell, one of my favorite projects, will take the start. Cincy should have no problem scoring as the Jaguars love to blitz and Burrow is carving up defenses that put the pressure on.
Can Trevor Lawrence stop returning the ball? He threw a few interceptions last week, although one wasn’t his fault. Lawrence looks … like a recruit. He will have a “wow” throw here and there throughout the game. Lawrence remains inconsistent, which is to be expected for a rookie quarterback in December.
This game could be a sneaky shootout. For the other degenerates, I’m waiting to have a better number on the live Bengals, take over, and have DJ Chark props on three receptions and 49 receiving yards.
