King tiger Star Dillon Passage was arrested in Texas over the weekend and charged with impaired driving.

On Sunday morning at 6:35 a.m. local time, Passage – who is married to disgraced former zookeeper Joe Exotic (aka Joseph Maldonado-Passage) – was booked into the Travis County Jail after being arrested, according to online prison records.

After being arrested by police, Passage failed his field sobriety test, TMZ reported.

Passage, 25, has been charged with impaired driving, a felony, as well as resisting arrest, search or transport, another misdemeanor, according to online prison records. He is held on a bond of $ 3,000.

Late on Saturday night, the Netflix star also posted an Instagram story that appeared to show her at a party.

The Manor Police Department did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

In April, Passage said Entertainment tonight struggling with depression and drug addiction when he met her husband while filming King tiger.

Passage previously told PEOPLE that he was unable to have frequent communications with her husband, who is serving a 22-year prison sentence.

“It’s something that is a daily thing,” he said. “It’s kind of my normal life now. It’s kind of weird to say, but I’ve kind of got used to our situation.”

“The only thing that keeps us going is really hoping for the best and these lawyers seem to have a really good plan to get things done,” Passage said.

Maldonado-Passage is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence after being convicted in April 2019 of plotting a murder for pay against animal rights activist Carole Baskin, among other charges. He is being held at the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Maldonado-Passage and her husband got engaged soon after they met and got married on December 11, 2017, just two months after Maldonado-Passage’s previous husband, Travis Maldonado, accidentally shot himself and died.
