The winner of the Masters, his girlfriend and restaurant manager, Erica Herman, and the restaurant Woods are all named in the lawsuit for the wrongful death of Nicholas Immesberger, 24 years old. He goes to the Woods restaurant. The lawsuit claims that Immesberger was an alcoholic on December 10, 2018.
