Tiger Woods faces new legal problems.

A lawsuit was filed against the golfer by the family of a Florida man who was drunk after his death in a car accident.

Nicholas Immesberger, 24, died on December 10 after crushing his corvette at high speed.

This happened about 20 miles from the restaurant and bar 'The Woods & # 39; in Jupiter, Florida.

Tiger Woods owns the restaurant where Immesberger worked as a bartender and where he would have drunk before driving.

The trial blames the woods, as well as Erica Herman for the wrongful death.

Herman is Woods' girlfriend and appears in the complaint as General Manager of Business.

According to the complaint, Woods, his catering company and Herman should have prevented Immesberger from drinking excessively and then driving.
