Tiger Woods has just won an incredible victory at the Masters tournament and will have a new course to conquer at the PGA Championship this weekend in New York.

While Woods was going on Thursday in the first round at Bethpage Black on Long Island, he attacked John Daly for using a cart. A PGA committee on the American with Disabilities Act made the decision on Tuesday to allow Daly to use the cart during the event.

Woods seemed to be firing a shot at Daly about the committee's decision.

"As for J.D. taking a cart, well, I walked with a broken leg," Woods said.

Woods was referring to the 2008 American opener at Torrey Pines, where he played with torn left knee ligaments and a double leg tension fracture. He played 91 holes and eventually won the playoff tournament.

Daly will not have access to all areas of the course in the basket and much of the access will depend on the weather and course conditions, said Kerry Haigh, director of the PGA Championships of America .

"I'm going to meet John and just explain where he can go and can not go," Haigh said. "It is obvious that on this golf course, it is impossible to get a cart. We try to use common sense, which is reasonable, which is right for the protection of the player and these problems, as well as for playing a major championship. "

Daly suffers from right knee arthritis and asked for medical help for medical reasons. He will be the first golfer to ride a cart during a major tournament since Casey Martin at the US Open at the Olympic Club in 1998 and 2012.
