To all the boys, 30-year-old Noah Centineo had his tonsils surgically removed last Friday after suffering “ seven years ” of chronic tonsillitis and strep throat.

The 24-year-old, born in Miami, took a look at his 18 million Instagram followers before and after removing the swollen lymphoid organs.

Noah was clearly courting sympathy by sharing several snaps of himself looking for despair after his hospital visit.

Centineo and a friend then indulged in “just ice cream” to soothe and calm his sore throat.

Last Wednesday, the former Disney Channel star revealed the moment he knew he was famous when five fans showed up to greet him in baggage claim at JFK Airport after tracking his flight.

“That scared the shit out of me!” Noah told GQ before adding that they were friends now.
