Brady signed a two-year, $ 50 million contract with the Buccaneers during the offseason, ending a 20-year run with the New England Patriots. He would continue to reinvigorate the offense and stage a winning streak that catapulted the Buccaneers into the playoffs and then the Super Bowl.
Part of his contract was an incentive if he won the Super Bowl: If Tampa Bay won the Lombardi Trophy, Brady would earn $ 500,000.

Brady has already won $ 500,000 for making the playoffs and another $ 250,000 for winning a playoff game, according to Spotrac. He earned an additional $ 500,000 for making the NFC Championship and another half a million after that for winning the conference title match.
Money aside, another Super Bowl win would be a record for Brady. He would improve on his own record for the most Super Bowls won by a player with seven rings, which would also surpass the Pittsburgh Steelers and Patriots with the most team wins at six.
